VANCOUVER – BC Family Child Care Association, the professional organization for Family Child Care providers in the Province of BC is pleased to be requesting proposals from partnering organizations and non-profit organizations to conduct Family Child Care workshops under the following categories:

• Infant/toddler course as it applies to Family Child Care
• Communication with families in Family Child Care
• Environmentally friendly practices in Family Child Care
• Family Child Care business model development and resources
• Building and maintaining local partnerships for Family Child Care providers

Workshop bursary funds are available to partnering organizations and/or non-profit organizations to assist them in the development of workshops for Family Child Care providers so that they have access to quality workshops and training related to their field.  Funding provided by the Ministry of Children & Family Development.
