Information for Early Childhood Education Courses at Private Institutions

RE: ECE Bursaries Funds

BC Family Child Care Association has been the administrator of the Early Childhood Education bursary funds for students attending private post secondary institutions since September 2009. Since that time we have assisted 473 early childhood education students attending 1,632 courses.

Unfortunately, as of May 30th, 2011 the bursary program for ECE students at private institutions will no longer be available. Due to the high demand, funds have been exhausted for the ECE bursaries at private institutions. 

BC Family Child Care Association was pleased to play a role in assisting Early Childhood Education students obtain training and hope that funds will be available in the future to once again support students studying to work with our youngest citizens.
